DailyDot ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application and services.

• Personal Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
• Precise Location Data: We collect precise location data (GPS and network-based) to connect Customers with Service Providers and to provide real-time tracking for active bookings.
• Financial Information: Details regarding your transaction history and payment status. Note: We do not store your credit card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details on our servers.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, including device information and log data.

3. How We Use Your Information

To facilitate on-demand home service bookings, process payments securely, provide real-time location tracking via Maps, and enable real-time communication via Socket.io.

4. Location Data Disclosure

DailyDot collects location data to enable service tracking even when the app is running in the foreground or background. This is essential for providing accurate arrival times.

5. Third-Party Payment Processing

We use a third-party payment gateway, Razorpay, to process financial transactions securely. When you make a payment online, your payment data is collected directly by Razorpay and is encrypted in transit. DailyDot does not store or process your sensitive payment credentials. 6. User Rights & Account Deletion

Users have the right to delete their data. To delete your account, you can request it within App Settings or email us. Data will be erased within 30 days.
